Peering Policy – AS197483 (ADSystems)

Overview

ADSystems (AS197483) maintains an open peering policy. We welcome public and private peering sessions with networks that meet basic technical and operational criteria. Our goal is to improve routing efficiency and performance for our customers and peers through direct interconnections.

General Policy

• Peering Type: Open
• Peering Locations: DE-CIX Barcelona, bitNAP (Barcelona)
• Traffic Levels: 1–5 Gbps
• Minimum Requirements:
  • A publicly routable ASN
  • Presence at a common IXP or facility
  • BGP (IPv4 and/or IPv6) sessions
  • Properly maintained IRR and RPKI data
  • 24/7 NOC contact availability

Technical Guidelines

• Prefer aggregated and consistent prefix announcements
• No acceptance of default routes
• No paid transit through peering
• Balanced traffic ratio expected
• Operational and technical responsiveness required

Private Peering

Private peering is considered case-by-case if traffic volume or strategic relevance warrants it. We’re open to cross-connects within common datacenters.
